Instructions
Prepare Crepes
  1. Whisk liquid ingredients for crepe batter until well blended. Slowly whisk in flour.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour batter into pan, approximately ¼ cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so the batter coats the pan evenly.
  3. Cook crepe for approximately 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, flip over and cook the other side.
Prepare the Apple Filling
  1. Melt the butter in the pan, add the apples and cinnamon, cook down until apples are soft and add the sugar.
  2. When the sugar has fully dissolved, reserve a few slices of apple to top each crepe, set aside, then add the bacon. Once the bacon has heated fully remove from heat.
Prepare Walnuts
  1. Add all walnut ingredients to pan. Cook until walnuts have caramelized and remove from heat.
Prepare Cheese Filling
  1. Blend all ingredients well.
Assemble the Crepe
  1. Spread cheese filling on crepe.
  2. Top with apple filling.
  3. Wrap tightly (do not overfill).
  4. Top with sliced apples and walnuts. (To prevent browning of apples, you can soak in diluted lemon juice.)
  5. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
